Designing the brief
Before a new visitor experience can be designed, someone has to define what it should be. Port of Antwerp-Bruges and APB Havencentrum needed a partner to do exactly that.
Our service and experience designers started with the primary audience: visitors aged 4 to 24. Through field research, stakeholder interviews, and an online survey, we mapped their needs and interests. Co-creation sessions with the internal working group turned those insights into clear, validated choices.
The result is a white paper that serves as both briefing document for candidate designers and a working brief for the final design team. A solid foundation before a single wall goes up.
