Wayfinding masterplan
Technopolis was mid-transformation. New branding, new zones, a new app. Plenty of vision, but the physical space still had to guide thousands of visitors, many of them children, through a complex building without frustration or information overload.
Together with the Technopolis team, our service and spatial designers developed a wayfinding masterplan through co-creation. The plan connects all ongoing projects under one overarching vision: a frictionless visit for every type of visitor, from arrival on site to finding a favourite exhibit.
The masterplan covers spatial zoning and routing, guidelines for signage and communication at key moments, and how the physical and digital experience reinforce each other. A living document that guides every design decision that follows.
