Most manufacturing surprises are avoidable. Our in-house prototyping lab lets us produce small batches in a controlled environment, with direct feedback loops between design and assembly.

That means tolerance issues, fit problems, and assembly sequences get resolved here, not on the production floor of a supplier halfway around the world.

A lab built for real product work

We work with multi-technology 3D printing, an electronics lab with ESD-safe PCB assembly and hardware debugging, and a build and assembly area for manual integration, fit and finish validation, and functional testing. From single demonstrators to small series, we build what is needed to learn what matters.

Fewer surprises when it counts

Every pilot batch teaches something. Manufacturability insights, material behaviour, assembly learnings: all of it feeds back into the design and documentation before you commit to tooling and suppliers. That makes the technology transfer smoother, the supplier conversations more concrete, and the path to scale significantly less risky.
